Booking & cancellation terms

Private transfers and tours are provided by Greco Transfers and Tours or a transport partner using an equivalent vehicle. Pick-up details, vehicle category and the agreed itinerary form part of the booking. Prices are in euros. Review the final price before paying through Viva. Successful payment verified by Viva confirms the booking automatically. WhatsApp enquiries require separate confirmation by Greco. Cancellation and refund requests are handled by Greco; refunds are not triggered automatically by the website.

Cancellation & refunds

A cancellation received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time qualifies for a full refund. No refund is provided for cancellations received less than 24 hours before pick-up or for a no-show. The scheduled pick-up time is interpreted in the Europe/Athens time zone. Send cancellation requests by email or WhatsApp, quoting your booking details. We will acknowledge your cancellation and arrange any eligible refund through the payment method used. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
